A Pillar of Flaming Trumpets All Season
Up to Six Feet High the First Season
HUMMINGBIRD VINES No flowering plant attracts hummingbirds like a hummingbird vine. Each trumpet-shaped flower is borne in clusters and colored flaming red to attract hummingbirds. Up to a dozen trumpets will appear at the same time on each cluster, the flowers all loaded with sweet nectar that hummingbirds need to survive.
We supply healthy rooted plants that thrive even in poor soils in sun or light shade. The fast-growing vines resist drought, survive cold winters from Canada to Florida, coast to coast, to come back every year and not only provide food for hummingbirds but also a dense leafy canopy to nest and raise their young.
